Winter Let - The Bay Tree

In brief:
  • 3 bedroom house, sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
  • The Bay Tree is a spacious gite in the heart of the countryside., perfect for those house hunting in the area.
  • Short lets only. 
  • Only available for a minimum of 4 weeks / 28 days, maximum of 3 months.
  • No Pets. No smokers.
  • No shift workers (night).
  • Does not include utilities - these are billed separately.
  • Spacious accommodation, with a fully fitted kitchen.
  • Linen and towels are not provided.
  • No wifi, you will need to arrange your own hotspot/orange airbox.
  • You are free to use the garden, and if you would like to lend a hand, it would always be welcome.
  • Parking for 2 cars only.
Utilities will be billed separately.
Readings will be taken at the beginning of your stay and are to be paid monthly, please.
The accommodation is to be left as you found it. There is an end of stay deep cleaning fee of €150.

Rates - minimum 28 nights, max 3 months
between October and March ONLY
Base rate €60 per night
for one month only : €1600
for 2 months : €1450 p/m
for 3 months : €1300 p/m
Local tax (Taxe de séjour) which is not included and has to be paid on departure:
€1.00 per person per day (age 18 and above).
