The Bay Tree is a 3 bedroom cottage. 
It is made up of Sage (2 bedrooms) and Parsley (1 bedroom) as one house.
Main kitchen, fully fitted, with fridge/freezer, full oven, slimline dishwasher and washing machine.
2nd kitchen also fully fitted with all home from home appliances, electric hob and cooker, dishwasher, washer, large fridge, microwave etc. 
Main Sitting room, tiled floor with 2 sofas.

Jack 'n' Jill bathroom between bedrooms 1 & 2
Bedroom 1 - double bed, parquet flooring, velux window. 
Bedroom 2 with a double and single bed, parquet flooring and velux window.
The bathroom is in between these 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 3 with double bed, parquet flooring and feature bath (no shower) at the far end of the bedroom.

Each bedroom is accessed via their own spiral staircase.

Low season              € 700 per week            € 120 per night
Mid season              € 850 per week            € 150 per night
Midi season             € 1000 per week          € 180 per night
High season            € 1250 per week           € 210 per night
