Taxe de séjour - this is a local stay tax which is not included and has to be paid on departure:

Supplements:
  • Parsley cottage * - price quoted is based on 2 people, if you would like an extra bed this would be an additional €30*.
  • An additional charge of €30 will be added for the Easter / Spring break.
  • Towels are not included. If you require towels (Bath towel and hand towel) these are charged at €10 per person, per week and are to be paid for in euros in cash on arrival. Please order on booking.

What's included:
  • One set of Bed linen per week (bottom sheet, pillows & pillowcases, duvets & duvet covers).
            One full set of bed linen is provided per week. For stays longer than a week, a fresh set of linen will be provided mid stay.
  • Towels are not included - though you will be provided with a bath mat.
  • Use of baby cot (bedding not included) and high chair, please order when booking.
  • Kitchen equipment, utensils, cutlery and crockery.
  • Use of iron and ironing board.
  • Services such as electricity* and water.
     *Electricity costs – each cottage has an electric meter.  A reading will be taken on arrival and on departure - you will find that the standard 
     daily allowance of 8kw should be more than enough during the summer months, however should you exceed this (for heating for example),
     an additional charge of 0.20c per unit will be incurred and needs to be paid in cash prior to departure.

Booking & Deposit:
  • Bookings must be confirmed by email and accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee within 48hrs to secure the booking.
  • Copy of ID (passport) must accompany the booking.
  • The balance of the rental fee is payable two weeks before the start of your holiday.
  • No refund will be made if the holiday is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the start date.
  • Please ensure that you have the correct travel insurance in place.​
  • A damage security deposit of €200 is required at time of payment of balance. This will be refunded, less any damages or cleaning charge, within two weeks of the end of your holiday.
  • If your cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition no cleaning charge will be applied.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Our cottages are non-smoking
  • It is not possible to charge an Electric Car on the property. The nearest charging station is in Caulnes behind Credit Agricole bank or at Yvignac La Tour by the post office (10 mins from La Marette).
  • We accept payment in Euros only.
  • Payments can be made by International bank transfer or by credit card online via Wise.com (formerly Transferwise).  Cheques are no longer accepted.
