Rates shown are for direct bookings only.

Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday.
Short breaks, long weekends and 10 day stays may be possible by request.
Check in time is 16.00 hrs or after and departure time is 10.00hrs
Evening meals available on day of Arrival !

What's included:
  • Welcome hamper / Start up pack (for stays of a week or more).
      Includes: A bottle or wine or local cider, bread, butter, milk, cheese, jam, biscuits, olive oil, vinegar, mixed herbs, 
      salt & pepper, coffee, tea & sugar.
  • One set of Bed linen per week (bottom sheet, pillows & pillowcases, duvets & duvet covers).
     One full set of bed linen is provided per week. For stays longer than a week, a fresh set of linen & towels will be provided mid stay.
  • Towels are included - hand towel, bath towel & bath mat.
  • Use of baby cot (bedding not included) and high chair, please order when booking.
  • Kitchen equipment, utensils, cutlery and crockery.
     You'll also find in the kitchen: cling film, tin foil, kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets, tea towel, 
     washing up cloth and washing up liquid to get you going.
  • Use of iron and ironing board.
  • Services such as electricity* and water.
     *Electricity costs – each cottage has an electric meter.  A reading will be taken on arrival and on departure - you will find that the standard 
     daily allowance of 10kw should be more than enough, however should you exceed this, an additional charge of 0.20c per unit will be incurred 
     and needs to be paid in cash prior to departure.

Booking & Deposit:
  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing/email and accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee.
  • The balance of the rental fee is payable eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
  • A 50% refund of the balance payment will be made if your holiday is cancelled up to two weeks before the start date.
  • No refund will be made if the holiday is cancelled less than two weeks before the start date.
  • A damage security deposit of €150 or £150 sterling cheque is required at time of arrival and this will be refunded, less any damages or cleaning charge, within two weeks of the end of your holiday.
  • If your cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition no cleaning charge will be applied.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Our cottages are non-smoking
  • We accept payment in Euros only.
  • Payments can be made by International bank transfer or by credit card online via PayPal.  If you wish to pay by PayPal, an extra charge of 5% will be added.
